The first in the list of r&b and hip hop mixtapes to be reviewed comes from DJ Cinemax.  He’s back with another installment of the “Rappin Like Im Trappin” series for the streets with Lil Yachty and Lil Uzi Vert making the cover of this edition.  The 9th installment of the library contains records by lyricists such as Chinx, Chief Keef, 21 Savage, Just Rich Gates, Pollari, Futuristic, K. Mixtapes For The Start Of Summer

Summer officially began on June 20th for the North Hemisphere of the planet.  Many people have already started to enjoy some of the physical activities that go along with the warm weather.  This review will help you in deciding which music to bring with you during your summertime engagements.

Trap Famous is one of the newest DJs to be added to the website.  They promise to bring you the newest and hottest tracks on their products before anyone else.  Let’s see if they can prove this with volume 3 in the “Street Certified” series.  Artists making an appearance on this release include Jeezy, 2 Chainz, Future, Fat Joe, Snoop Dogg, Ty Dolla $ign, Lola Monroe, Famous Dex, Rich The Kid, Prodigy, Casper, Charles Hamilton, Prodigy, E-40, Wiz Khalifa, Kevin McCall, T-Wayne, and others.  Since the Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA championship, Machine Gun Kelly put out a tribute track for them.  You can find that track on this drop and also look for it to be released on other mixtapes as well.

Big Mike is back with another installment in the “Something For The Radio” franchise.  The “June 2K16 Edition” of the series contains free mp3 downloads by artists such as Drake, Popcaan, Beyonce, Fetty Wap, Kevin Gates. Hot Free Music Mixtape Reviews

It’s the middle of March 2015 and we are back again with another review of the hottest free music available.  This past weekend was the celebration of St. Patrick’s Day with the official holiday on Tuesday the 17th.  The Easter season is upon us, as well as nice weather and spring break, so be sure to check out these hot jams to keep you entertained and vibing.

The first release is the 5th edition in the “R&B On Demand” series.  These mixtapes will always play you the top free music currently being played on the air waves.  On this product, we have music by some of the industry’s most popular artists, such as Chris Brown, Rihanna, The Weeknd, Ciara, Usher, The-Dream, T.I., Tyga, Anthony Lewis, and also it seems the 90’s cover band that is making a comeback, Jodeci.

The next release is part 6 of the “Behind Closed Doors” collection sponsored by Street Runnaz Clothing.  This drop, which plays you 17-tracks of the hottest slow jams, is hosted by DJ Five Venoms and The Syndicate DJs.  Musicians making an appearance include Trey Songz, K. Cole, Future, Mack Wild, Big $ean, Ariana Grande, Bobby V, Crooked I, Miguel, Fetty Wap, and others on this hot product.

Up next is part 70 of the popular down south series titled “Purple Codeine” hosted by Tapemasters Inc and DJ Envy.  You can find DJ Envy hosting the morning radio show, “The Breakfast Club” on Power 105.1 with Charlamagne Tha God and the beautiful Ms. Angela Yee.  Artists appearing on this southern mixtape series include Young Jeezy, 2 Chainz, Ludacris, Plies, Lil Wayne, Yung Joc, Juvenile, Young Thug, Pusha T, B.o.B., OJ Da Juiceman, Cap 1, and other popular emcees from the southern part of the United States.

Finally, we have a release of free music by DJ Triple Exe who hails from the United Kingdom.  He’s back with the 95th installment in “The Passion Of R&B” series.  This drop plays you the hottest rhythm and blues music currently out.  Industry talent on this drop by Aaliyah, ScHoolboy Q, Madonna, Nas, K. Camp, DJ Mu$tard, Kanye West, Paul McCartney, Elle Verner, Frank Ocean, and much more.  As the cover says, there are only 5 more of these releases left until the final mixtape in this franchise.

New Mixtapes Added for the First Week of November 2014

These are some of the hottest releases to download to start the month of November off.  Big Mike always comes through with the hottest releases.  The first drop of his to review is the “RnB Jumpoff November 2K14 Edition” title.  Big Mike pulls together 18 of the hottest r&b hit records to give you on this release.  Tracks from top artists such as Jeremih, Chris Brown, Jamie Foxx, Trey Songz, Tinashe, Eric Bellinger, and many more top performers.  These r&b jumpoff mixtapes are always nice to pick up.  Next on the list, is “Something for the Radio November 2K14 Edition” release.  This title mixes it up and gives you the top tracks from r&b, hip hop, west coast, and down south acts such as Wiz Khalifa, Kid Ink, Usher, Juicy J, Migos, The Weeknd, Fergie, and other recording musicians.  On the “November 2K14 Edition” of the album “Soundtrack To The Streets”, Big Mike plays you some of the best street hip hop currently available.  Emcees to look for on this mixtape include The LOX, 50 Cent, French Montana, Joe Budden, Troy Ave, Maino, Game, Lil Wayne, and many more street lyricists.

The hottest chic in the game, known as DJ Amanda Blaze, is finally back with another “Pop That R&B Jams” release.  Volume 10 of the series is a mix of hip hop and r&b club titles from musical talent like ScHoolboy Q, Paloma Ford, Meek Mill, Childish Gambino, Omarion, Wale, Fabolous, and many others on this 27-track club favorite.

Young Money rapper Drake brings to you a 3 track EP title called “6 God”, which takes it name from his new lead single.  The lead track has a fast rhythm to it with a hard bass line.  “Heat of the Moment” is more of a slowed down r&b track with Drake singing on the track as the Canadian artist likes to do from time to time.  The third and final track, “How Bout Now” opens up with a voice mail from fellow label artist Nicki Minaj.  The beat on this track has a beat that Joedeci would use, but has Drake rapping over it.  The track also contains a few lines from Jodeci being played at a fast pace.

Finally, one of the biggest releases to look forward to is from one of the south’s top performers, Future.  The title on this release, “Monster”, goes along with the cover art and was released just in time for Halloween.  The only guest appearance on this official project comes from YMCMB’s Lil Wayne.  Production on the tracks from some of the dirty south’s top producers including Metro Boomin, TM 88,  DJ Plugg, Southside, DJ Spinz, Will-A-Fool, and other beat makers.
