Playlist for July 4, 2017

Today is the day the United States of America celebrates it’s day of independence.  This is a time for friends and family to come together to kick back and have a nice afternoon barbecue.  Many adults will also be going out to continue the party after the cookout and we have some music for you to check out for all of the holiday’s activities.

The first review comes from DJ Reddy Rell and DJ Iceberg as they are back in the game with another installment in the franchise titled “Hip Hop TXL”.  Part 93 is the “R.I.P Prodigy Edition” in this long running series of mixtapes.  Look for artists to make an appearance on this edition such as Jay-Z, Juelz Santana, Styles P, Dave East, Tyler The Creator, Bump J, Cardi B, Pusha T, Yo Gotti, Fontaine, Fabolous, Smoke DZA, Styles P, Genius, Uncle Murda, Wiz Khalifa, Tory Lanez, Future, YG, Monty, Fetty Wap, and many other popular industry performers.

The next hip hop music playlist comes from DJ Mad Lurk with the release of the product titled “Summer Finesse”.  This drop contains tracks by Trouble, T.I., Moneybagg Yo, K. Music Downloads Lil Wayne and DJ Spinatik Edition

The presidential election is right around the corner being only four days away.  This Sunday is also daylight savings time, so it’s time to fall back an hour.  People that go out on Saturday night will have an extra hour to party because the time to turn the clocks back is 2 am.  This blog post reviews a release featuring Lil Wayne and a new drop from southern native DJ Spinatik.

First, The Syndicate drops off a product starring former Young Money artist Lil Wayne.  Titled “Greatest Rapper Alive”, this release contains a 17 song playlist with collaborations from Gucci Mane, Jeezy, Dame D.O.L.L.A., YFN Lucci, 2 Chainz, Quavo, Dae Dae, G-Eazy, Yo Gotti, Starrah, Ty Dolla $ign, Wiz Khalifa, Imagine Dragons, Logic, YG, Gudda Gudda, Chance The Rapper, and Juelz Santana.  The video for the one of the track’s on the project, “Sucker For Love”, already has 215 million views on YouTube.  If you have not seen it yet, check it out below:

Next, DJ Spinatik returns to the scene with edition #99.9 in the series called “Street Runnaz”.  This drop is sub-titled “Grand Opening” and contains new songs by Future, Gucci Mane, Dae Dae, Chris Brown, Akon, Johnny Cinco, Lil Yachty, 2 Chainz, Quavo, Tha Cocky Kind, Dubb Da Don, Post Malone, Yo Gotti, Jeezy, Bankroll Fresh, Migos, Rich The Kid, MadeinTYO, Desiigner, Young Thug, Bizz, Meek Mill, and other popular industry acts.  This product is full of some the latest records to just hit the streets, so be sure to check this one out.
