The harsh winter is finally over for most and spring is finally here.  Mardi Gras was only a few weeks ago and that means that Easter is right around the corner.  It has been a while since we have posted a blog reviewing the latest releases, but rest assured the latest and greatest website is back to let you know about the hottest titles currently out there.

Rick Ross just released his 9th retail album titled “Rather Me Than You” on St. Patrick’s Day this year, which was March 17th, 2017.  His first week sales for the project are already at 100,000+ copies.  Those numbers are much better than his previous release labeled “Black Market”, which sold 65,000 copies in it’s first week.  Mr. Crack dropped a project featuring some of the best records out by the Maybach Music Group boss called “My Beautiful Empire”.  This 21 song playlist contains appearances by Wale, Ty Dolla $ign, Gucci Mane, 2 Chainz, Future, French Montana, Meek Mill, Nipsey Hu$$le, Tracy T, Big K.R.I.T., Lupe Fiacso, Ace Hood, Smoke DZA, Project Pat, Scrilla, Sam Sneak, and much more.  Use the search feature on the site to check out all of the Rick Ross mixtapes.  Stream his new retail album “Rather Me Than You” through Apple Music below:

Next, DJ Iceberg and DJ Reddy Rell are back in the game with part 90 of the franchise titled “Hip Hop TXL”.  These releases always give you a huge compilation of the hottest music currently being played on the streets.  On this installment, we have new songs by G Herbo, Future, Jeezy, Yo Gotti, Chris Rock, 24hrs, Drake, Nicki Minaj, 2 Chainz, Dave East, Raekwon, Bankroll Fresh, QuickTrip, Ghostface Killah, Young Thug, Remy Ma, A Boogie Wit Da Hood, 21 Savage, and a gang of other popular industry performers.

DJ Smoke brings out number 49 of the franchise titled “Smoked Out Radio”.  The “Trap Edition” gives you tracks by Future, Koly P, Zoey Dollaz, Rich The Kid, MadeinTYO, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Dolph, Lil Yachty, Gucci Mane, Migos, O.T. Summer is winding down and fall has just begun.  Football is in full swing, as well as school and for those is college, fraternity initiations.  We are back again to give you a review of just a few of the best mixtapes on the internet right now.  These releases will help you to relax and enjoy yourself on your downtime.

One of the top artists in the south and head of the Maybach Music Group label, Rick Ross, gives you what some may call a street album.  He releases the official project titled “Black Dollar” containing 17 new songs by the down south boss.  As always, this drop contains popular music artists such as label mates Meek Mill and Wale, currently incarcerated Gucci Mane, R&B sensation The Dream, North Carolina native Anthony Hamilton, the very popular Future, and Def Jam artist August Alsina.  Make sure you check out this hot music download.

Another top emcee coming out of the south, particularly Memphis, Tennessee, is Juicy J and drops yet another official release labeled “100% Juice” hosted by none other than DJ Scream.  The Three 6 Mafia member put forth an 14-track effort on this product.  Making an appearance alongside the “Stay Trippy” rapper are Pittsburgh native Wiz Khalifa, older brother Project Pat, drill music rapper Lil Herb, Future, G.O.D., Boosie Badazz, and more.  Popular official mixtapes normally always list the producers and this one is no exception.  On the beats are Sonny Digital, Crazy Mike, 808 Mafia, Mike WiLL Made It, Lex Luger, TM88, Young Chop, Metro Boomin, Southside , Lil Awree, and Juicy J himself.  He also released a video for the song titled “Ms Mary Mack” featuring Lil Wayne and August Alsina.  Check out the video for it below:

Finally, Canadian native DJ Scratchez puts out volume 46 of the “Diamond Cuttz” franchise.  This product is jammed packed with over 2 hours of free music and showcases 51 of the hottest songs currently in rotation.  Just some of the music artists on this release are T.I., O.T. These are just some of the top mixtapes to download free for the month of November.  Some of the titles include recent hit tracks from down south rappers Plies, Rick Ross, and T.I.  DJ Whoo Kid releases a nice project featuring classic music from artists on Eminem’s Shady Records label.

Plies, who is from Fort Myers, Florida, drops part 2 in his official series titled “Da Last Real Nigga Left”.  The rapper whose real name is, Algernod Lanier Washington, gives you a 21-track effort on this release, which would seem to be more than a retail album would give you.  Look for appearances by Lil Boosie, who now goes by Boosie Badazz, August Alsina, Lil Reese, and Rico Love.  Production by top beat makers Zaytoven, Sonny Digital, League of Starz, Shawn T Beatz, The Exclusives, Filthy Beatz, DJ Spinz, and others.

The mixtape titled “Black Bottle Boss Part 2” is the second in a series that showcases recent hot records released by Maybach Music Group boss Rick Ross.  This title features many artists from all over that he has made music with.  Tracks from Wiz Khalifa, Nas, Jeezy, T.I., Jeezy, August Alsina, Juicy J, Project Pat, R. Kelly, Jay-Z, and other top performers.  This release would almost seem more than just a Rick Ross feature.

Street Runnaz Clothing sponsors the mixtape titled “What You Will Never Be” and gives you music from Hustle Gang leader T.I.  Guest features from Skylar Grey, Yung Booke, Travi$ Scott, Young Dro, Trae Tha Truth, his protege Iggy Azalea, Neptunes artist and producer Pharrell, Chris Brown, and many other popular recording artists.  These releases by Street Runnaz Clothing are always hot, so be sure to check out their website.

DJ Whoo Kid dropped a sure hit with the title “Shady Records”.  Eminem drops in on the mixtape from time to time to give shout outs on this release just to let you know he also backs it.  This product is 66-tracks with classic records from Eminem, 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Obie Trice, D12, Dr Dre, Yelawolf, Redman, Nate Dogg, Trick Trick, and so much more.  There should be many songs on here that everyone will like from the Detroit record label.
