Music For Easter Sunday/April Fool’s Day

It is the day after Easter and also April Fool’s Day because both occurred on the same day this year.  Spring officially began about 2 weeks ago, but some areas of the United States are still seeing winter like conditions, although nothing too harsh.  The weather service only shows some areas of the US that will see a few inches of snow over the next few days.  Since Easter break is over for many, we have some new hip hop and r&b songs on recent releases for you to check out.

DJ Blak Boy drops a release for everyone that is a fan of music from the state of Georgia.  He brings out part 7 of the “Only In Atlanta” mixtapes.  Look for tracks on this volume by Migos, Future, Trouble, Peewee Longway, Rich Homie Quan, Quavo, MoneyBagg Yo, K. Camp, Travi$ Scott, Scotty ATL, Que, Mike Will Made It, Rae Sremmurd, Frost Breezy, Lil Dab, Rasta, Slim Jxmmi, and other southern emcees.

Next, DJs Testarosa, Goldmouf, and Tati give the block another installment of the “Lit This Month” franchise.  The “March 2K18 Edition” is hosted by Jay Trenton.  This playlist contains new songs by the host, G. Final Day Of February 2018 Non-Leap Year

Today is February 28th, 2018 and that means it is the last day of the shortest month of the year.  Every 4 years a leap year occurs which adds one day to this month, but the next one is not until 2020.  The spring equinox is only a few weeks away and occurs on March 20th, 2018.  The United States is already starting to get a taste of the spring weather with the current mild temperatures.  While most of you are enjoying the warmer changes from the frigid winter we just had, here are some new releases to check out.

DJ Easy, who hails all the way from Germany, just released the 9th volume in the series called “Pimpin Ain’t Easy“.  This installment of the franchise is hosted by Sy Ari Da Kid.  This release consists of a compilation of music by the host, Tinashe, Future, Eric Bellinger, MoneyBagg Yo, Tory Lanez, T.I., Birdman, Nathaniel, Gunplay, Genius, Chris Plenty, Keys N Krates, Cassie, Chris Brown, Travi$ Scott, Kid Ink, Ne-Yo, Sage The Gemini, Narley Jenkins, Truestory Gee, Drake, and other industry performers.
